Turned onto this one by Dan Santat, I was lucky to run into it on vacation at West of the Moon bookstore on Salt Spring Island. This book... the way that Marianna tackles perspective is pure magic, so so SO good. I love the voice. Love how we LOVE this character a stationary object (usually a big NO NO for PB's) but most of all I love the many A Ha! moments that continue to the very end. Pure genius.
