Door is a wordless book and reminds me of Aaron Becker's Journey series. It's a different universe to be sure, but the door to another land and adventure is similar. I like the way this book makes you pause on each page to take in the "differences" of each new character. I like the overall story of finding friends, but I felt overwhelmed by the at times too busy/character heavy pages. I wish that the main character had been given more space to breath. This is an interesting and beautiful book. I would be love to hear other critiques.
